Professional work, safer boundaries

Safety

Safety tools and rules for online interactions, castings, shoots, bookings and other professional meetings.

Effective 1 October 2026

Current operator

TOXIC NETWORK UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Virchowstraße 16/3, 89075 Ulm, Germany · Amtsgericht Ulm · HRB 752661 · Managing Director: Lennard Anton Kaiser.

01

Content moderation

TOXIC applies text-safety checks to supported user-generated text and routes new public portfolio media through a moderation state before it becomes publicly available. Users can report content, block abusive accounts and contact TOXIC through the published support channels.

02

Protect your credentials

Do not send passwords, one-time codes or provider credentials to another user or to TOXIC support. Be cautious with requests for identity documents, deposits, gift cards, crypto or intimate material connected to a casting or job.

03

Offline safety

Confirm the location, participants, scope, compensation and boundaries before an in-person meeting or shoot. You can leave an unsafe situation and report serious incidents through TOXIC. A booking, casting or shoot is never automatic consent to physical contact, nudity or a changed concept.

04

Free Launch payment safety

During Free Launch, a TOXIC platform/buyer fee for Direct Booking / TOXIC NOW should display as 0%. If a payment screen unexpectedly shows a non-zero TOXIC fee, do not continue and contact TOXIC support. The 0% fee does not mean the underlying creative income is tax-free; Client and Creative remain responsible for their own invoicing and tax obligations.

05

No emergency service

TOXIC NETWORK is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or competent authorities directly if there is immediate danger.
