Access without unnecessary barriers
Accessibility
The TOXIC NETWORK website and product are developed toward WCAG 2.2 AA and relevant European accessibility good practice.
Current operator
TOXIC NETWORK UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Virchowstraße 16/3, 89075 Ulm, Germany · Amtsgericht Ulm · HRB 752661 · Managing Director: Lennard Anton Kaiser.
Accessibility target
The public website targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and considers EN 301 549 and the applicable requirements of the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and BFSGV where the service falls within their scope. This statement does not claim independent certification. Statutory exemptions or proportionality rules, if applicable, remain unaffected.
Current measures
The website supports browser zoom, keyboard navigation, skip-to-content links, visible two-tone focus indicators, semantic headings and navigation, explicit form labels, reduced-motion preferences, accessible form status/error messages, non-colour-only feedback, readable contrast and touch-friendly controls. TOXIC INSIGHTS uses labelled email and consent controls, double-opt-in status messaging, accessible names for image links and controls, and pointer targets designed to meet the WCAG 2.2 target-size criterion.
Forms and controls
Public and in-app forms are designed with explicit labels or accessible names, native semantics where practical, visible focus states, touch-friendly controls and accessible validation/status messages. Consent controls are not preselected where consent is required.
Known limits
Accessibility is an ongoing process and third-party authentication, email or infrastructure interfaces may be partly outside TOXIC NETWORK's control. New material features should be re-tested when introduced.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need information in another accessible format, contact office@toxicnetwork.app and describe the page, barrier and—if helpful—the device or assistive technology used.
Assessment
This statement reflects an internal code, keyboard, responsive-layout and standards review last updated 24 September 2026. It is not presented as certification by an independent accessibility auditor. Manual assistive-technology testing remains part of continuing quality assurance.
German market surveillance
Where the BFSG applies, the nationwide market-surveillance authority is the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF AöR), Carl-Miller-Straße 6, 39112 Magdeburg, Germany, kontakt@mlbf-barrierefrei.de.
